About
Harkirat holds a Doctorate in Food Science and Human Nutrition from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelors of Technology in Agricultural Engineering from Punjab Agricultural University, India. He is passionate about application of food science and engineering principles to the field of human nutrition.
He currently manages the research and development team for a nutrition business, focusing on developing new products and processes in the area of infant and adult nutrition. He has previously worked with snack foods and drying technology on strategies to reduce fat.
Originally from India, at present working and based in Vermont, USA. He loves outdoors, photography, sports, traveling and FOOD.
